Can anyone recommend a brush or cloth for cleaning dust off a fine art print?

A cheap air compressor, I wouldn't mess with the canned air.

Honestly, if you go the brush route, check out a big poofy makeup brush. Way soft, no danger I can see of being abrasive.

Air compressor would be heavy duty no?

The make up brush sounds good.

Any micro fibre stuff?

I wouldn't mess with a cloth. Object is to sweep it away and I'd be afraid a cloth could rub it into the paper instead.

Frame shops use compressed air a lot of times. Seems to work fine.

I use compressed air when framing (not a professional) to get dust/etc off the glazing, but it seems like being even slightly overzealous with it causes those frozen patches. I'd be too nervous to do it on a print, or I'd be very very careful. Again, not a professional.

I quite like this but how effective would it be on a 24 by 36?

I use a horsehair brush for dusting works on paper when I frame at the Museum where I work. See the link below:

Is this safe to use on screen prints so it does not cause scuffing of any sort?
