how many posters can you flatten every time?

Just use common sense; there is no set number that you can flatten at once, but if you are using binder clips and creating a tight sandwich, you don't want to keep them in there like that for too long. They can be different sizes but just check on them every couple days and rearrange a little so no indentations are made. Put the largest print on the bottom and work your way up to the smaller print. And when I used to do that I would use a few heavy books on top of them, not binder clips.
2 prints in a mylar sleeve is fine as long as you are careful about putting them in there.
And for both scenarios, a sheet of glassine paper in between each print is always a good idea.
