Print Storage

I'm new-ish to collecting mostly movie related art prints and was hoping to get some feedback on various solutions people here have to flat storage of their print they don't have hanging on walls. I was hoping to not spend multiple hundreds like I have seen many of the steel / or wood flat file cabinets costing online. I did order a cardboard Aos Vertical Flat File Organizer, but when it arrived some of the edges were crushed and the cardboard seemed pretty flimsy. Also they had folded cardboard edges that obviously were not meant to be folded. Any feedback is appreciated.

I invested in a foamcore sandwich. Affordable solution and a space saver for sure.

bbbbbbblam!
FTFY. Foamcore should be acid free. You don't need glassine between print and foamcore. But you should have glassine between each print if you want to do it right. I don't do that, but it is probably the best practice.attackconquer wrote: Binder Clips

And try to search more before starting new threads. The thread linked to above mentions how this question has been answered multiple times before.

Thanks for the replies, I'll look into this - so far I grabbed a relatively cheap AOS cardboard system.

I'll have to grab some of those non acidic sleeves or store between foamcore as some have mentioned. Thanks for the heads up.

My advise is to call or email their customer service line first before purchasing a box to make sure the one you're looking at is in stock. I bought a box without checking and after 10 weeks they still didn't have any in. I eventually got a refund. Basically they told me that their engineering team was still working out the product design and it wasn't ready to go to market, even though they were selling them. Super frustrating.
