18x24" Wood print with a slight warp

I recently picked up a wood print that has a slight warp in it. Anyone have any experience with this? May have been caused by the dry winter weather here in Canada

I was thinking of putting it between some cardboard with some weight on it to flatten it back out.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!
