ISO 24x36 Acid Free Portfolios
Allright, I can't find an Itoya portfolio 24x36 with acid-free sleeves in it (24 I think). If someone ordered a batch of 6 or something and don't necessarily need all of 'em right now, pm me. I'm sure we could work something out, I need this fudge. My new prints will soon have to go without any protection as my sleeves are fully occupied. I've tried the links but it looks like they are all sold out or something, retailers seem to only have up to 18x24 available.
Thanks for your help.

I feel like they're missing out. Those "Picturesque Presentation Cases" are on sale, and if you get enough stuff to hold 20 prints at 24 x 36, you're looking at $180 - $9/print. Right now, the 18 x 24 Itoya holds 40 prints, at about $30.ColonelCash wrote:18x24 is the max size at Itoya.
Of course, the market for 24 x 36 seems like it'd be a small one. Even so, you'd think someone would be making these by now, for a lot less than $9 per page face.

Mine seem to let about 1/8-inch of poster extend out of the top of the page...the Jay Ryan stuff seems to creep out more than most. It's no biggie, like everything else, just be careful with it and you're fine.Yamar wrote:If you're really worried, put a backing board in the sleeve. But I've got 10 of the 18x24s (I think - 10-12) and have not had any issues with the "flop" of 'em at all.

And the Itoya would be $55.OrangeBug wrote:Go with the Picturesque Presentation Case. Only $111 at the store.
i have a daler-rowney portfolio case, i think its 24 x 30, holds almost every print except some horkeys, i have about 20 pages in it plus loose mylar sleeves in between every page, it is completely full now and i am in the process of refurbishing a flat file. maybe i'll sell the portfolio when the flatfile is done to offset the cost of it
