It's normal and part of the screen printing process. Don't worry about it.

Thanks everyone for your imput. I really appreciate you taking the time to give your opinions . I guess I've been pretty lucky so far, this is the first print I've ever bought that has had ink marks on the back.

I know for a fact that the Deceleration of Independence has a massive chub rub from Ben Franklin, that piece of paper is worth at least 2.5 Nestings

Lol, no, they're not. It's actually a fact that 99.7% of all screen prints contain either Taco Bell or beer residue; usually both.
