Possible to repair rippled/warped prints?

Hey all, this is my first thread so I apologize if it is in the wrong place.

A few concert prints I have in cheap walmart frames on my bedroom walls have started to warp/ripple inside the frame. I'm almost positive it is due to humidity, as in my room there isn't great access to AC in the summer so I usually have my window open.

Any way to possibly repair this? I have ready that a possible solution is to dry mount it when I get it legitimately framed, but I've heard from almost all people to never dry mount the print as it will immediately kill the value of it.
