Generally most of the prints I've gotten are a standard size or close to a standard size. Even some of the custom frames I had to buy have seemed relatively normal but a new print I picked up measures about 20.5 x 29.25. What's my best option for this, buying a custom 21 x 30 frame?
using mattes or spacers?

The whole point of custom framing is that you can get any size you want. If you're not planning to mat the print, then order a 20.5" x 29.25" frame.

I guess I didn't realize you could do that. All the custom frames I've seen online were always in whole numbers for real strange sizes.
