So, I picked up the AP JAWS poster from Cesar, and long story short, he's the worst at shipping. He put a metal pin inside the poster and it scratched the poster.

Anyone have any ideas how to take off/cover this up? Any insights help...

When I use the eraser, I just tap the poster not rub, right?

I thought about e-mailing him, but if you head over to the JAWS thread (http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewtopi ... 5&t=136623) you can read the horror stories on how he ships prints. I'm guessing it'll be the same if I get a replacement.

easy enough, dont buy from him anymore! sucks the seller cant ship without damage. not professional at all.

sorry it happened bud. there is no way to really repair them completely either, unless poster mountain has a magic wand??

Worth shooting an email to the artist anyway to let them know in the future.

I shot an e-mail. Used the e-mail from the Bigcartel receipt. We'll see what happens.
