I know the frame shops have them but where have you found the cheapest ones to be? Michaels? Hobby Lobby?

Not sure about competitors, but Hobby Lobby 32x40 sheet is $9 they also have 40x60 for $16. You just ask for it at the frame shop. You can buy smaller sizes for cheaper but the better value is probably full sheets.

Hobby Lobby is the cheapest around me. We don't have a Michaels.

$16 seems to be the average. I will call both I guess.
You should hit up your local framer. This past weekend I was looking to get three 8x10 pieces so I called up a local framer and they told me to just come in and gave it to me for free. I was also looking to get 3 pieces of 8x10 museum glass and figured i would get it online it was like but it happened to be cheaper at the local framer as well.
