What to oil a flat file with?

I bought some flat files this week and am wondering what to oil them with? The concern is that the oil may somehow get into the drawers. Seems like I could oil the rails and shoot WD40 into the ball bearing wheels that the drawers slide on but thought I'd ask what others are doing

I would use a graphite paste

As far as I know, WD40 is not a lubricant. There's some interesting stuff here.

Just for the record, I would be scared s***less to put ANY kind of grease that close to my paper!! Good luck, hope you find something...
