I have some 18x24 Acid Free Mylar (I think they're mylar) sleeves I got from Hobby Lobby. I need some for my 24x36s but HL doesn't sell that size. Anyone have a place they recommend ordering them from online?
I'm sure this has been asked a million times, so thanks for your patience in answering it once more.

Which ones do you guys buy? I'm seeing some for $75? That seems like a lot of money compared to the ones I bought at HL that were 18x24...ohkay wrote:Bagsunlimited.com
Yeah those are them, 10 for 75. I'd link it directly but their mobile site sucksquestkid32 wrote:Which ones do you guys buy? I'm seeing some for $75? That seems like a lot of money compared to the ones I bought at HL that were 18x24...ohkay wrote:Bagsunlimited.com

Is it okay to let your prints sit on top of each other without any protection? (Insert stupid sex joke here, then please answer question)

Edit: I think it's ok in the short term to leave them but you wanna make sure you put tissue paper between the prints

I know there are people that don't care for the portfolio but I personally love my Picturesque. Granted it can be tricky to get the 24x36 posters in at first but once you get the hang of it it's not that bad.
I just like being able to flip through my collection without having to handle or remove them from anything.
My initial cost was $200 (or $220?) for the portfolio and 15 extra refill pages (20 total, 10 18x24 and 10 24x36). No regrets.

I had a about five 24 x 36 prints stored in tubes for the last 3 or 4 years. They were too big for my portfolio. I finally moved into foam core sandwiches. Am I screwed? Will they ever flatten enough to not ripple when they're framed?

Why would you store them in here for only a short amount of time? it says acid free, linen free, museum quality. is there something wrong with them? I got some last week thinking I saved a ton of money but if I have to restore them after a while I would have gotten the higher priced onesohkay wrote:http://www.framedestination.com/bags/pr ... em/BGPRBA/

I agree. I use the same ones listed above and have never had a problem.
