Need advice on shipping a poster flat
plywood for the safest bet. If not, foam core, with the print corners bagged and taped, then get some cardboard and cut to size. I done this many times with no issue. Even on plywood, shipping USPS priority is was not all that much.

ive done it before and i just put the print in between 2 or 3 pieces of thick foamcore on each side, tape it together, put it in a bag of some sort to keep water out and wrap in in kraft paper
