Prodding the bear repeatedly, unnecessarily, will end in tears for both sides. Guaranteed. America needs to stop these hostilities towards Russia because if Russia feels like it has nowhere to turn, it will, as a last resort, push back.
With America's belligerence towards Russia I fear the worse. I really do.
In summation I would say the relation is at a low point.
