Hillary Clinton's Problems

Civics, civilly. Post lifetime is 6 months.

I just finished doing some reading on HRC and her little email problem.

Seems like she might be in bigger trouble than I thought. "Pay to play" with the Clinton Global Initiative, Bengazhi, SAP documents, etc.

If, and this is a big IF, she gets indicted, would that remove her from consideration as the Democratic candidate? Would that open the door for someone like Biden to jump in?

This is such a fascinating election!

Personally, I think she is crooked as a snake. If elected president, these issues will surely dog her during her presidency. It's not like the GOP will let it slide. That concerns me in terms of her ever getting anything accomplished.

Can you be more precise? Also, can you link some literature so we are all on the same page?

It's too late for Biden to file to run in about half of the state's primaries/caucases

I just rolled through various articles on the web. I read lots of them, comments included.

It's all over the news today. Google it and read for yourself. Read journals you agree and/or disagree with. Get a variety of POV's and come back and share your feelings. Or don't. Just pop by and say "Jesus," if you like.

I am an independent voter. What I care about is a candidate who will be a positive influence on my country and not bog it down with continued court hearings and other assorted nonsense wastes of time and tax payer $. I'm not being partisan. I am genuinely curious about what might happen, however unlikely, if she gets indicted for her behavior and subsequent cover-up.

It seems to me that this is not going away and is in fact gaining traction.

The GOP is the party of obstruction of anything remotely related to a democratic idea. They haven't let Obama accomplish nearly anything in 7+ years. If they have control of congress after the election, it won't matter which democrat wins, they won't let he/she accomplish much on their agenda either.

Republicans spending all their time and energy handcuffing Democrats is a win.
Helps slow the destruction they bring.
