Focus on real issues if you want the independent voters that got him in office the first time. Many are moving away but they won't put Hillary or Bernie or some left wing nut job in office. This is why more and more 3rd party candidates are getting votes. Stop bashing Trump and come up with solutions or push candidates that have real solutions, you might actually get somewhere instead of bashing your head against a wall crying about Russia (Hillary was in bed with them too), or porn stars (not Bill, Stormy) or all the other crap most people don't care about.

They can't that is why they resort to name calling and "fake news"... I wonder if Gorkie is a white guy guilty of all the things he blames others of being and that guilt is getting to him..... so much so he accuses others who are first generation as his parents immigrated to this country and dealt with issues of not speaking English and brown skin working in the fields then construction to get where they are today of the same... great job keep it up, really persuading people to vote with you.

Which one of Bernie's real solutions wasn't a real solution in your opinion?

Who is more in touch with the people they want to represent?

Good news: the number of protesters 2000 number of supporters under 100. Number of attendees to the fundraisers 300 trump/Tenney vs 700+ for Brindisi. In an area that was roughly 60% pro-trump.

Bad news: 300 x 1000 = $300,000 and 700 x 10 = $7,000. Cash wins elections.

Good news Brindisi has outraised the trump puppet despite the fact she started fundraising her first week in office and did so without the help of superPACs..

Edit after fundraiser they are neck and neck with brindisi spending half as much

Edit: it is really beyond me though why that is a not-so-easy task at this point.

Probably because he has an %80 plus approval rating among Republicans. It will take independent voters and the Democrats that hated Hillary to have things turn against him. Also, most people are swayed by what happens in the economy and if the Trade war turns out not to be a disaster, and people think those tax cuts really have helped them, and that deficits aren’t a big deal; which they never are in this country unless you were a Republican pre-Trump, than 2020 is definitely a not-so-easy task to unseat him.

A quick and dirty assessment, but those are some of the more obvious reasons.

It is worth noting that part of the reason Trump is holding such a strong approval rating among Republicans, even though he is the least popular president in history, is that the number of people who identify as Republican is shrinking. His most impressive accomplishment may be having such a pathetic approval rating even though the economy is good and we're not currently in a large scale war.

The total number of people identifying as Democrats has shrunk as well, but not as dramatically.

Honestly, after listing to your inane babble, I have no idea what you are other than dead wrong. Example: When I watch a Trump Rally or FUXNEWs, all I hear is name calling, hyperbole and fake news. You're telling me you don't hear and see the same? Nice spin trying to shift the blame ala Alex Jones but, like him, you're talking out of your ass :pint:

^ Yep. He's trying his best to put the US at war. The sad thing is...the only people that are concerned about this, and should be, are those with children that are of military draft age. Those that follow him, and don't fall into that category, could not give two shits; especially if there is money to be made.
