Really a big Dark and Stormy fan

Squeeze a lime slice over ice, you don't need much, but it's a nice touch
Pour some dark rum over the lime covered ice
Follow by gently pouring in Ginger Beer (ginger beer, not ginger ale)
If you want to get fancy add a piece or two of candied ginger.

Depending on the rum/ginger beer you choose, the proportions are actually fairly different, so go to taste.
It's fantastic.

I'll take care of this. Also, since I'll be there a day early we can buy some nice light rum and steep mint leaves in it overnight. This way we can make mojitos without having to muddle the leaves into each glass. Typically I like to steep the leaves for much longer than a night, but it should still work.

We always called this a "Border Patrol" but I know that's not what it's called:

1 part Tequila
1 part Sprite
2 parts Orange/Pineapple juice

Serve with ice and a little umbrella. Have a summah!

If your ever passing Cambridge , pop in and we can destroy a bottle or two ...but bring your own alka-selzers for the morning .. :pint:

I used to love Baileys & Cointreau...spot on Dolly Mixtures :)

We came up with a shooter once that tasted exactly like Christmas pudding (at least it did at 2am) can't for the life of me remember what was in it.

We sometimes play "Jacks" in the pub around the bar and Baileys often plays its part it creating a horrendous concoction due to it intstantly curdling when mixed with other drinks (or anything with lime in it)....

"Jacks" is when you deal a full pack of cards to those who are playing ...

The first To get a Jack orders the the drink (or whatever concoction his mind can muster)

The second to get a Jack gets to have a small sip of it

The third to get a Jack necks the lot in one go

The (dreaded) forth Jack gets to pay for it..

Its primitive stuff , but often good fun at the end of the night...

Mocktails are very welcome and will be equally considered. Although I like my booze, I'd get browny points for attempting some non-alchy concoctions :)

I'm totally down to drink some mojitos. Claudia and I like to make Cocoberry mojitos. Just like regular mojitos but use coconut rum and add strawberries and blueberries. :pint:

If youve never heard of it, really simple.
Tea
Lemonade
Vodka
Ice

We actually call this alcoholic version of the 'Arnold Palmer' the 'John Daly'.

They make a sweet tea vodka which makes this real easy. Also, instead of lemonade, try SanPellegrino Limonata. They're dangerously delicious.

Nothing better than a VBR.

3 parts redbull
1 part vodka - preferably russian standard

Best thing that's ever happened since the Original Four Loko got banned here in NYC. :pint:
