I am at the right place, watching the right thing, with the right amount of drugs, with the right people

That translates to:

I am at Wrigley field, watching Pink Floyd, with the right amount of weed, with Pink Floyd fans

Holy shit they are real

This was, without a doubt the single best show I have ever been to. Went with my parents and some friends. I am so glad I got to see it if this is the last time he tours. I'm hoping for one last tour encompassing just other PF songs/solo stuff as well. I really have no words to describe what I saw other than absolutely incredible. I wish I had gone to some of his other shows in the past :(

The tour before this he did 'Dark Side of the Moon' start to end, then a bunch of Floyd/solo stuff. That was a great show, but 'The Wall' is a whole different level.

Show on Saturday was KILLER. Just as everyone has said, one of the best performances I have seen. It boggles the mind to think of the amount of technology and teamwork that goes into putting something like that on. The only thing I had with it was that he seems to have turned into something the original movie was against: a giant propaganda machine ruling mindless followers with huge productions and rhetoric. Just an observation my buddy were discussing after the show, not really a problem. Great show though, so glad I got a chance to catch it. Some crappy Instagram pics:

Sucks because I totally could have walked in with my good camera but after getting shutdown multiple times at Phish I did not want to deal with it.

worked/watched this show in raleigh last week. completed my floyd circle...i had seen floyd without waters 3 or 4 times....

i've been in radio for 25 years, most of that in rock radio. i have worked in concert production for nearly 10 years now. i was going to shows as a teen before i got into radio. heck, my parents took me to see don mclean when i was 12. i have witnessed the likes of chuck berry, bo diddley, jerry lee lewis, and more. i have probably forgotten about more shows than most people have even attended...i've easily been to more than 1000 shows in my life, and i can state without reservation that it was solidly in the top 5 of most awesome and important shows i have ever seen. it's really amazing now that technology has brought the concert experience to a place where this can be presented the way it really should be...fully 35 years after its release.
