It's so textured and layered. Honestly, I''m not sure why Atticus is now a 'member' of NIN. This is pure Trent. Sounds excellent through headphones. It's soooo good to get something new that's so different than Hesitation Marks. Which I really liked, it just seemed lacking...to me. Seemed like Trent was holding back on that one. On this one, he doesn't! The more I listen to it in it's entirety, the more I like it.
It is a 'journey' listennitfrom start to finish. Don't skip tracks.

Definitely a return to form. Had Fragile flashbacks listening to it; so happy Trent is finally embracing that era of his music. It seemed for a while he wasn't able or didn't want to get back in that headspace. Tumultuous time for him. But he seems ready to revisit it, and reignite that brand of his sound. I'm beyond excited by everything that's happened lately (with the new EP and the reissues of all the vinyl. Plus Deviations!!!). Hoping we see a full LP and tour in 2017. :pint:

I love this EP! His signature wall of sound is back and it's amazing. I've only heard it twice so far, but can already tell that it is quite special.

Anybody have any idea what the "physical component" is yet? I'm just hoping it fits comfortably on my CD shelf next to the other Halo's.

Still haven't opened mine. Kinda tempted to just sell it on eBay.
