I assume it's all where your seats are at......I couldn't imagine doing the sound at that place
the sound has to be dead in spots, tinny, and/or flabby

Just listened to the Trey interview from Sirius today. He was talking about their sound guy Garry having a program that somehow simulated the sound in every single seat in the venue and being able to tweak it based on that input. Just insane. All my boots on the ground saying it sounded fantastic.
Visually I wasn’t all that impressed from the couch, but obviously you have to be there to get the full scope. A lot of it looked a step above some cool screen savers.

Reports from the frontline....sound wasn't great at all. They were able to do some cool effects moving the sound around and was pretty consistent no matter where you were but everything was WAY to quiet. DEFINITELY felt like the band was trying to figure it out for first half of set 1. Was close enough to see trey giving off the "we are not nailing this right now" vibe. Visuals were hit or miss and think just the video types didn't work as well as just the pattern types.

Sounds like everything really took off after Night 1. Disappointed to have missed out.
As for next year, really hope they get more than 4 nights. What's a realistic number of shows, 8-10? Or did anybody hear anything about next year?

Visuals got better and better every night. The music, not so much.
Man that spinning Pollock showcase on night 3 was soooooo cool! Was probably my favorite visual of the weekend.

night 1 was great, not sure where yall are getting your reports. maybe the visuals improved throughout the run, but the sound on night 1 was exquisite and the setlist was as good as any night. people that weren't there want this run to be bad, but it simply wasn't, not even close

That’s what I said, the visuals got better as the run went on, not the music. Night 1 was the best night musically imo.
Stuckey must have been in a bad spot, everyone I talked to who was there said it sounded fantastic.

I was on the floor n1 close enough to see the deer in the the headlights look from trey. They a did something differently for second set because it was much better from that point on. I talked to a lot of people that felt the same because I was just wondering if it was my spot. I still think they need to turn things up a bit because it was quieter than a typical show
