Got a lot drunker than expected watching the Flyers at the bar being that the game ran about two hours long. Zero complaints however.

 We'll be around longer than Chicago
No wonder they call it the windy city with all the hot air you blow up the hawks asses

We finally played a quality game yesterday. A bit unfortunate it was the exact type of game LA gives themselves the chance to steal with their tight defensive system and excellent goaltending. We gave 2 away and LA stole 1. Not looking good.

i have mixed emotions because i really wanted the hawks to play vc...but it's always good to see them lose so i'll take a sweep and be happy. too many variables to count on us meeting. hell, we were 5 seconds away from being down 2-0. it won't surprise me a bit if the hawks have to win game 7 in the desert to advance.

glad to see the canucks getting beat down. i doubt they will get swept, but that would be sick.

didnt make sense at all that they league suspended hagelin for 3 games and weber only got a fine.

Brendan Shanahan is joke. This article about sums it up:
http://sports.yahoo.com/news/nhl--nhl-d ... y7lBE5nYcB
Weber and Carkner both unquestionably intended to inflict harm on their opponent whereas Hagelin is a guy who had 24 PIM the whole season, had no prior incidents, grew up idolizing Alfredsson and got his elbow up too high on a hit in a situation where it was a split second decision.

Hagelin even texted Alfredsson after the incident to see if he was OK.
Not saying what he did was OK, of course, but it's an unfortunate turn of events. And inconsistent rulings during these playoffs.

he's brain washing the refs as well. when shaw accidentally knocked heads with smith the other nite, they waited to see if smith was ok before announcing the penalty. not sure what time his hearing is today, but it's a joke if he gets a suspension for that.
