big win for the fly boys. Braydon Shenn was an absolute beast......and Bryz played very well after a rocky start. Let's take two!!!

The NHL's CBA is crazy if the max fine amount is 2.5k

Damn. The Rangers have been successful in stopping key players so far. The scoring chances are all there. If the gates open up, there will be a flood.
It's a matter of getting past the defensemen and goalie. They'll eventually get there in this series, but will it be in time?

I prefer games where both teams are scoring a lot (kind of like the Pens vs. Flyers game), but this is a very defensive (Rangers) vs. offensive (Sens) type of series.

I HATE Detroit if you haven't noticed

I'm not sure what there is to hate about Detroit. They win with class and don't pull any BS on the ice. They're the classiest organisation in the league and treat everyone from the bottom up right.

If there is anything to learn from Savard, Crosby etc, its that concussions arent to be messed with. If you dont punish someone for a cheap shot with a second left in the game, then what ARE you going to suspend someone for. Seems pretty obvious to me it should have been a game suspension. Oh well.

Seems like the league only wants to suspend for injuries at this point of the season, which may encourage players to try and get away with riskier hits, which is silly.

"It's just the way it was when your Mom was calling you in for dinner, next goal wins!"

I love the Hawks announcers.

Majority of teams have class my friend. Yeah there is some bad apples out there, but for the most part hockey players have huge respect and passion for the game! Best professional sport out there as far as that goes.

Oh yeah, I should have mentioned that I don't think Detroit is the only team that does that. Like you mentioned, there are bad apples out there, but they are fewer and far in between in the league.
