Sergio probably complained that Pete Dye made the green too damned small.

At the British Open that he blew at Carnoustie (great track), he said Padraig went into "four corners" on the last hole in order to slow him down. Huh? The dude was working his ass off to make bogey on the 72d hole. All Sergio had to do was make bogey to win--and he makes a double. Adios!

Amazing chip on 18 to get into the playoffs, too.

Great Open Championship so far. Good recovery by Tiger to save his round today. Looking forward to the late tee times and the weekend.

This weekend is going to be one hell of a tournament. Course is playing tough with the weather cooperating and the winds changing from day to day. Hopefully, no rain. It's tough enough.

Don't know what it is but even Tiger fans seem to enter round 4 of majors with poor body language, knowing he can't pull it off. Unlike the old TW, the Intimidator. I'm don't have virginal ears but a little sick of the GDs...I've learned to get it under my breath or just let it go between my ears. That's where Tiger used to have the edge.

Hard not to pull for a Brit tho. Their summer is like seeing the Cubs take the Series. If Westwood or Poulter win today that would be Game 4 (Rose at US Open, Murray Wimbledon, Froome at Tour de France, ??? at The Open).

Phil charging.

Fun way to spend Sunday morning.

When Tiger said it yesterday, I finally felt I had something in common with his game.
