I feel like the whole weight cutting thing needs to change at some point period. Plus we would get to see much better performances if the fighters weren't starving themselves before the fight. I heard that Khabib had 35 pounds to cut in one week, that's ridiculous.

Yeah, I have a feeling it's slowly trending in the right direction but unfortunately not fast enough.

Unprofessional and undisciplined. You control what you put into your body, both food and "supplement" wise...

If I just act like that fight was never on the card, been a pretty good one so far. Couple of incredible comebacks.

It's really starting to wear on me. You can't keep having this.

I might not buy the fight just because I'm sick of this fudge.

Blaming the "UFC" is far from the logical thing to do. Let's look at the entire picture. Maybe the fact that the new weigh-in procedures/time frame along with USADA and the IV ban are playing a huge part in the recent influx of fighters missing weight. Sure we had fighters missing weight under the old rules and time but never this at this rate.

.

And who hired USADA? The UFC

That Teymur v Vannata fight was great.

I thought Wonderboy won the fight obviously, but have no issue giving a fight like that to the Champ.

Good to see my boy Pedro win on the early card. Looks ok!

And as for Rashard, maybe the brain damage stuff is true.... he should retire.

So are they just going to use Gastelum to kill off all of the Brazilian legends?

BTW, dude will have the belt shortly.

One thing I like about the fight is Anderson is a counter striker and Gastelum always comes forward so at least it won't be boring.

Interesting/brutal 28 minute documentary

This isn't the answer, it will only get fighters seriously injured or killed:

Ufc cutting guys in the top 10? Only a matter of time till we see a whole group of quality crew jump ship. E.g. the middleweight division. Sad times.

On the plus side, Matt Hughes might be coming back....

Meh, injuries + 3 losses in his last 5 or 6 fights I believe.... I'm ok with it.
