I like the match up. I think the Dodgers were the class of the NL but the Indians and Astros were both quality teams I. The AL. Adding Verlander was definitely the difference.

I would agree the two best teams are squaring off, because the Indians were snakebit with key injuries at the wrong time once again.

Should be a good series.

the experience gained by the Yanks young squad this year will be crucial for years to come. maybe Judge will learn to lay off anything off-speed down and away.

Dodgers win in 5...

Also, SI must have some fortune tellers on staff. 3 years, 3 months, and 3 weeks ago...

The Dodgers have a great team, they're on fire now, and they're rested. (And as a Giants fan I hate saying anything nice about them).

If Keuchel and Verlander can keep it up, and some of those guys (like Springer and Reddick) that have been quiet at the plate can pick it up, this will be a great series.

Seems like Game 1 should be in TX with temps in the 90s.

Happy World Series Day EB!

If the Astros want to win, they will need some of their bats that have gone cold to heat back up again. If they are able to start hitting well again, then the Astros win in 7. But if not, then (as much as it pains me to say it) the Dodgers win in 6

That was one of the best, most exciting baseball games I’ve ever watched.

Damn, what a game.

Anyone catch the start of the game with the Vin Scully/opening pitch? They brought out Fernando Valenzuela and mentioned that in his 21 win season he threw 20 complete games!
That is insane by today's standards. Pretty sure Kluber had the most this season with 5.
