looking to buy a house inside the beltway. anyone have any adverse reactions to any parts? what should i aim for/avoid?

The Studio Movie Grill has been playing Kubrick classics recently: A CLOCKWORK ORANGE, 2001, and I believe THE SHINING is up next. The Alamo Drafthouse recently did a screening of CLOCKWORK as well. I can't wait until they open the Sugar Land location this summer as that's a lot closer to me than the Katy location since Vintage Park closed down (I'm on the south side of town).

Can I get a *must do* run down? Things to see / do, food, hiking? do you guys hike?
