Would anybody be interested in 10211 Grand Emporium? It was set up and has been broken down. Directions are included as well as the box. One of the flaps has been torn though and can send a pic if interested. I would do $160 shipped.

I contact customer service a few months ago and got a replacement card sent, since I assumed it was lost in transit...

then last week, got a second copy.

same VIP number etc, so thinking I might give one to a friend to use for me, extra VIP points (so long as they don't use my credits!)

Same here. I think the one that showed up first was the original, replacemaent last week.

Just contacted customer service today and they are resending me a new one but it won’t be personalized. Bit of a bummer. Ah well. Hopefully the original will show up at some point. I suspect it’s gone though, I was in the first shipment of cards to go out and should have had it by January.
