Cobra Dawn of the Dank. Waaaay sweet, not so much dank. Pretty light and thin on the mouthfeel for something that's nearly 12%

surly, indeed, town hall, dangerous man, and sisyphus.

barrel theory has been also getting a bunch of hype. if you feel like traveling, disgruntled is also another one that has been solid.

Saw this in person yesterday and the print may look better than the actual painting. Didn't grab one there because I had already ordered online. Can't wait to get it!

In the twin cities i recommend the following

Surly ( great facility and food)
Indeed
Fair state ( good at many styles including sours )
Wild mind ( best sours in town )
Steel toe (best barrel aged beers in town. Solid ipas)
Barrel theory (ne ipas and florida style kettle sour berliner Weiss. Definitely a must visit if you like these styles)

Let me know when youre in town and I'll join you for a beer

I'll put a plug in for Sisyphus, Barrel Theory, Dangerous Man, and Wild Mind. BT has a limited number of beers on tap (usually 4-6), but all are top notch.

Had a great time at Juice Fest (SpindleTap Brewery) yesterday.

Houston Haze
Hops Drop
Juiceton

All 3 are terrific.

I got accidentally very drunk last night at what was supposed to be a "small" share. Ended up being about 15 of us at our BYOB Chinese Food joint. Bunch of Narrow Gauge crowlers, Number Crunch, Unicorn Tears, Friendly Heads Up (Angry Chair/Cycle collab), Leaner, CW 19 and all the CW regular barrel series bottles. And thats about 10% of what was there. Feeling pretttty rough this morning.
