Has anyone spotted Dogfish Head Punkin Ale out in the wild yet? That's my favorite beer of all time. :pint:

surprised nobody's mentioned the Avery Maharaja Imp IPA. Not particularly rare, but absolutely fantastic. The Firestone/Walker Double Jack is also a fantastic DIPA. If any of you west coasters get a chance to grab a Firestone/Walker Parabola Imperial Stout, DO NOT HESITATE to pick it up, even if it's $20. In my top 5 beers tasted EVER.

Anybody into Belgians? It's a whole new world, all of which are fantastic. I have yet to have a bad Belgian beer. Two favorites aside from the standard Trappist and Abbey stuff: Troubadour Magma Dry-Hopped Tripel and anything by Stillwater (not Belgian, but they do it right!).

There have been almost 10 new breweries to open up in Virginia just in the last two years alone. Richmond is a great place to be right now for beer lovers. If you're ever hear, go to Mekong: fantastic Vietnamese food, great beer selection with a focus on Belgians, and one of the funnest, most outrageous beer sommeliers I've ever come across!

Have to try those. If you like Belgians, you should try Goose Island Brewery's Matilda Ale. That's some great beer. Just got back from my liquor store that has shelf after shelf of craft brews. Wanted to try a few Avery's, but they told me their distributor stopped shipping to AZ.
