Yea I might end up at one of the Lucky Baldwin locations. I've had good luck with Eureka Burger the past few years though.
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately...

My God that Sump is delicious. Perhaps the best coffee stout I've eva had. Gonna need to go back and try to get a few more.

This year's batch is significantly better than past years. I'm surprised- Perennial just did a major expansion on the brewing capacity- usually there is a period of drop off for a while before it gets better. This years barrel-aged sump is insane- probably the best one comparing to prior years also, same with Maman. Looking forward to BA Abraxas. It's good to be a society member :pint:

EDIT: After re-reading, I'm not sure if you are referring to the area around Perennial or St. Louis in general. If you are referring to Perennial, then yes, it is a shitty area in South St. Louis, not much else around it. And personally, I don't live anywhere near the brewery and you don't need to to be a Society member. They hold your bottles from every barrel aged release for several weeks. So either way not sure how your comment is relevant to my statement.

I guess I'll give this years batch a shot. Wasn't all that impressed with 2015's batch.

That Abraxas, though, was killer!
