it's not ceramics like the others. It is the ceramics of the kings of France, the largest restaurant in the world. Hermes creates all his porcelain in Limoges to name a few.
After this skull has a rather complicated chrome plating technique.
there is very little sculpture and especially few people in the world able to make chromium on porcelain.
