Like, circle-y streets? There are three that I know of here in New Orleans. One of them is only one lane and the others are both two lanes. How many lanes are we talking here?

It's a road, with a big circle in the middle that intersects another road.

Come on down and I'll show you a world where round abouts exist. It's beautiful.

A road near my house is just a long string of round abouts. Round abouts for miles. Every intersection should have a round about.
