I would seriously consider getting a hotel and making a weekend of it. In any regards congrats on the new puppy! What breed are you getting?iwokeinrelief wrote:I'm driving 17 hours this drymounting weekend. Austin and back today (concert) and New Braunfels and back Sunday (new puppy!).
I need more. Nothing seems to satisfy. I don't want it. I just need it. To feel, to breathe, to know I'm alive. - MJK

There's an Eine thread around here somewhere. Should post it in there.

I would but the Austin trip with my friend has been scheduled for a couple months, and the rescue adoption only popped up in the past week. This way is tiring, but at least I get to spend Saturday at home with my kids and take the bike out early Sunday. Going to be tiring, but manageable.ToolFanFromWayBack wrote:I would seriously consider getting a hotel and making a weekend of it. In any regards congrats on the new puppy! 12 week old black lab / bloodhound mix. Looks exactly like my lab did when we got him 10 years ago, and the temperament / personality seems perfect for my kids. Me and my wife have been missing our lab like crazy, so it just seemed like the time to take the plunge.
