Nice!

I fished for them once. They put up a good fight for their size! Too many bones for me though lol

"Skyline" Cincinnati chili...made a pot, yesterday. (Greek chili.)

This is called a "4-way". Layered spaghetti, chili, white onion, cheese. Gotta' have the oyster crackers on the side. Yum!

I've had it that way at Steak 'n Shake. Good stuff.

I'm at work munching on some Benihana fried rice.

Yeah, it's a different taste...the chili. Very different from...say...Southwestern chili or typical crockpot chili. Now I'm having a Klondike.

Man. You guys need a woman (or preferably a man. We're better cooks :D ) in your life to make you meals. Whenever I get around to hosting an EB Swap Meet I'm cooking for everybody. Here's a couple teasers of some dishes I've made (while drunk) at home. Plus a few desserts (from work).

Rosemary and garlic crusted pork tenderloin with oven roasted potatoes.

Image

Pork medallions with a apple-rum sauce and fried sweet potato matchsticks tossed in grey sea salt

Image

Action shot! Tossing the stir fry.

Image

Tilapia: Panko-coconut crusted and baked

Salsa: Mango, onion, jalapeno, orange zest & juice, a dash of thyme, oregano and tarragon

Side: Sauteed fresh beets and bell peppers with honey

Image

Dessert time:

Cheesecake with rum roasted pineapple, pineapple puree, ginger seasoned gingerbread crumble, pineapple sorbet and a dehydrated pineapple chip for garnish. And some sloppy/rushed chocolate writing.

Image

Chocolate mousse served over a layer of chocolate cremeux with fugdy torte, crunchy hazelnut chocolate crumbles, toffee, malted milk ice cream and meringue kisses

Image

Warm cranberry jelly filled doughnuts tossed in vanilla sugar served over a piloncillo creme, cranberry compote and candied meyer lemons.
