LOL. I've often wondered if anyone else eats them that way. That's how my mom always made them for us.

Oh there's plenty of people who do. Doesn't make it any less wrong.

Ah! I wasn't sure. I sure do like 'em. I made this batch of BBQ with a pork loin roast my sister gave me. In the past, I always use pork shoulder. I prefer the shoulder meat... JMO. I've never purchased pork loin roasts - the benefit is I sliced some (while partially frozen-easy peasy) for pork chops. I still eat pork chops with shake-n-bake. I have no idea what's in that stuff.

I made apple pie filling, last week. I had flour tortillas in the fridge and wanted to use them, so for the first time - I made apple chimichangas coated in cinnamon-sugar. Uhm-m-m-m...pretty damn delicious. Next one, I'll add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I fried these in oil. All things in moderation...

I have a massive sugar high, right now.

cowolter...sounds delicious! Add some lettuce and toast that bread - one of my all-time favs. BLT's.

I made pork back ribs and a Texas sheet cake. I had to get up at the crack of dawn to use the oven, since it's hellish hot here in the desert.

Homemade Broccoli and Cheese soup. (Panera Bread copy-cat recipe.) I made this low-sodium. The real stuff has 1,080 mg sodium in one cup of soup. Low-sodium still doesn't make this a healthy choice...I live by the rule ' all things in moderation'.

I made mini peanut butter sandwich cookies. The filling is made from a copy-cat recipe of Reese's pb cups filling. Since these cookies are small...the recipe made a lot of cookies. I didn't expect to have so many - about 10 dozen cookies that made 5 dozen sandwiched.
