Baked potato with cottage cheese and A-1. If you like the former two, you should try it.

p.s I haven't put A-1 on anything else since I was a kid.

That sounds disgusting. Gotta be that new legal weed that inspired such a combo.

Baked potato is best with just butter, salt and lots of pepper. Or, with butter smothered with roast beef and gravy on top.

Hey, different strokes for different folks, regardless of how strong the weed is.

I ate some overcooked beef that my mother-in-law cooked earlier today (visiting). Was actually fine after a couple of beers.

Peanut butter-pretzel clusters. Wanted something sweet, but too lazy to bake.

I'm a fan of sour cream vs the cheese but the A1 is good on potatoes but then again I like ketchup on my Mac n cheese and green beans.

ATM fresh walleye and poutine is hitting the spot.

Superbowl food. DELICIOUS. I did not add thyme or mushrooms. I used low sodium beef broth; since recipe calls for a lot of salt. Now off to make dessert - banana split hot fudge sundae.

nice, those look pretty darn tasty.

personally, got a chicken breast in the slow cooker. slow smoked on the grill previously, along with a red onion. chopped cilantro, tomatoes, avacado and green onions. all awaiting a tortilla. plus some red vinegar bbq sauce.

I used Guinness Draught Stout for the sliders. I'd imagine those of you who buy fancy beers could probably change-up the flavor by trying different brews. My house smelled like a brewery as the beer was cooking off...never cooked using beer prior to this recipe.

Sounds delish, halftone. Pretty much the only way I like chicken is if it's grilled...love that smokey grilled flavor.

One of my favorite things to make in a slow cooker is BBQ pulled pork. When pork shoulder is on sale...I always pick one up. I just started making pulled pork a little over a year ago...don't know why I waited so long - the stuff is delicious. It makes a lot of left-overs, too...I always freeze a bunch for later days. My favorite BBQ sauce is KC Masterpiece Original - I won't use any other. Good stuff!

Here's the recipe I use for pulled pork. I bake the pork shoulder first because the shoulder (bone-in) will not fit in my crockpot. (Bake pork shoulder tightly covered w/foil @ 300-325 degrees for 2-3 hours.) Shred and add to crockpot w/other ingredients on the list.

NOTE: If baking shoulder, as mentioned. Be sure to pre-cook the onion (saute) in 1-2 tablespoons of butter to soften prior to adding to crockpot w/other ingredients.
