That sure is a pretty picture. No jalepenos? I've been using them a lot, lately, when making mexican food.

Sure wish I liked avocado...it's okay, but just can't acquire a taste for it. I made guacamole, recently...added a lot of veggies to sorta' hide the avocado taste. The recipe I used also called for cottage cheese which basically acts as an extender to the avocado flavor (increases quantity of the dip w/out loosing flavor.) My nephew loved it...

Ya'll crock potters need to try out teh modern pressure cookers.

Unrelated, had these tonight for teh big game. Pretty good, but if making em, ya should use more garlic, and a tad more salt, pepper, and parmesan.

I bought an old-fashion pressure cooker at the thrift store, recently. I actually wanted the pot because it has a heavy bottom to make candy. I'm def going to use it to make other foods, though.

My best memory of pressure cooker food is when my Grandma made ham (butt?), cooked w/fresh green beans and potatoes. I was...like...5 years old when she made it and I never forgot how delicious it was. Seriously. I'm not sure when fresh green beans come into season. I'll need to keep my eye-out and try making this on my own. M-m-m-m...sounds so good with some stewed apples on the side and some corn bread.

Those wings look/sound delish, blue. I love anything w/garlic and always add more than what's called for.

Made a Gnocchi dish, simple. Italian Sausage and a creamy tomato sauce with spices (Dried basil, pepper, salt, Aleppo pepper and crushed pepper)

Very nice pairing with a bottle of Barbera.

Daily meat eater here. Just grilled up a couple Beyond Meat faux burgers as a goof and not only could I not tell the difference, they were probably some the best burgers I've had in a while. I'm sure cooking on a charcoal grill helped with the flavor but damn I'm shocked right now. I didn't expect that.

That’s awesome!

My fiancée and I are both vegetarians and restaurants in our area just started carrying “The Impossible Burger” - they are quite delicious!
