Won a photography scholarship from Mamiya for one like this in 2003. Mamiya Corp. kept the winning slide. This was the adjacent image on the roll so it's close. Shot medium format on Fuji Provia 100F slide film.

Some commercial style work for school projects. My portfolio is buried somewhere in the garage, I havent touched a
real camera in years. Digital really bummed me out.

This was shot in a pitch-black room with a black backdrop, the neon looking lines are actually from a small pen-light with colored gels in the lense moved rapidly behind the bottles and pointed towards the camera. The product was lit by "painting" the bottles with another flashlight and guessing when the proper exposure was achieved. This was done with a film camera and the roll had about 25 usable images out of 37 taken, this was the best. My "A" for the day.

good stuff man! love mamiya's, along with hasselblad, they are both built like tanks. they can take abuse and still crank out consistent images.
an old late 70's mamiya medium format was the first camera i ever shot with. its was pretty much all my parents used at the studio, except for 1 hasselblad my stepfather used for some portraits.
love your shot of the typewriter. two things i love, macro work and weird/odd/different lighting.

My ex has most of my camera stuff, even my beloved Sekonic L-508 light meter. She's using it to complete her degree in photography and build her portfolio. I might shoot large format if I still had that and my 4X5 Toyo-view.
Shot digital commercially for about a year, maybe less. Made great money, but the work (catalog) destroyed the creative part of my soul.
