My oldest brother was promoted to Sergeant in the Marines shortly before Full Metal Jacket came out. Sgt. Hartman. Heard a lot of quotes form that film, usually first thing in the morning during holidays. RIP gunny.

I always defer to someone who's wearing a beater, regardless of what else he's wearing.

Harry Anderson. I used to really like Night Court when I was a kid so this is sad even though I probably hadn't thought about him or that show in years.

Didn't Harry the comedian do a stand up bit where he juggled like a watermelon and a chainsaw and an apple, and took bites out of the apple as he was juggling?
Or am I thinking of someone else?

I know he was a magician, don't remember the juggling. I was also a big Night Court fan as a kid. Kind of weird that I can't remember ever seeing reruns on TV.

John Amirante , sang the national anthem at many Madison square garden Rangers hockey games,
A true gentleman and respected member of the msg family, he would always take the time to shake hands and chat and take photos with any and all fans that would recognize him
He will be missed
