Is there a thread for not trustworthy buyers?

Shipped a print, he received the print. Opens a case on paypal on me.

There sort of is, either by making a proper callout thread or joining this one:

Heads up - take out that personal info though - name and addy - as posting that stuff is ban-worthy.

Fixed on the personal info.

Guy receives print then opens a case for fraudulent purchase through paypal.

I have screen shots of him confirming said purchase where he signs his name and the tracking showing the tube was received.

Am I screwed on this?

Is this a case of the person claiming damage, or is it an empty tube claim?

That's a new one. Yikes.

I mean if you have communications with them, I'd probably be ready to send all that as evidence. Good luck.

Sounds like they're saying their account was hacked or misused by someone else. If they paid by cc they can file a chargeback through their bank/cc co. I've lost and won cases like these before (won more than lost). Really depends on teh outcome of teh paypal investigation.

This. And then hopefully you can have them return the print. If it arrives empty, seller's protection might help you out.

After going through a three month paypal claim myself as a seller who did everything right, all I can say is hound paypal for updates and give them everything you have. I lost my case but ended up on top due to paypal's and the buyer's incompetence.
