Two factor always, I prefer software tokens through an app generator. As cell numbers can be spoofed.

You can generally add multiple devices to a given token when setting up. Paypal only offers Cell soft tokens (Though they do have an option for a physical hard token) but set that up on as many accounts and make sure to store/setup backup and recovery for them too. As if you lose access to that device, the soft token can't be set up again without a recovery email or PW.
