Thanks for the kind words folks

Here is my next project. I bought a 40 acre farm a few months ago that is just 3 miles away from our home. It has an outdated 35 year old home on the property, but it is large and has good bones. My wife is freaking out over the old house, though, because it needs a major overhaul. We are also not sure if we can bring ourselves to sell our current home that we have put so much work into. The farm is really beautiful and would be a great place for our 2 boys to grow up. I am working on a remodel plan now and will post some photos if/when we tear into this place:

And there's nothing better than burning some wood and some gas on the farm:

Damn rock, baller status. And I realized how inept I am at fixing anything at my house if somethigg happens.

I bought my place one year ago and have been lazy as hell about getting some stuff done. I'll try and snap some pics but it's a Philly row home so not quite as big as rock's spot. The only reason I will take pics is because I have a good deal of framed posters to share. But a typical bachelor pad. :pint:

SAMs hands down one of the nicest guys on here. I had a pleasure staying at their house and spending time with the family. All around a great bunch of people.

Wish you the best in anything you do.

We've got a pool, and a pond. Pond would be good for you.

I wouldn't suggest diving in off the dock, though.

Real estate must be a great investment in the Austin area these days - hang onto it and rent it out.
