Wife has decided she wants a fence for the backyard. Thanks to our HOA rules, this is gonna empty my wallet hard

Nothing yet. Our AC shot crap last weekend. So those plans will be delayed for a bit.

thanks mate
we have gone fairly basic on the inside. very neutral colours. Our intention is to actually upgrade a few components (cabinetry for example) over the years, as the initial cost now was too high on top of everything else.
The interior will still look nice though, im hoping!
