Is that a 1- or 2-car garage?

looks like a two car garage that's set back a bit (weird angle maybe)

Nothing yet. Our AC shot crap last weekend. So those plans will be delayed for a bit.

Figured it was.

The outside looks great. Can't wait to see the inside.

we have gone fairly basic on the inside. very neutral colours. Our intention is to actually upgrade a few components (cabinetry for example) over the years, as the initial cost now was too high on top of everything else.
The interior will still look nice though, im hoping!

I was really impressed with the fall protection used for a one story roof. They must have a pretty strict OSHA over there.

Yup, we do. Have had no complaints on it. The few times we have accidentally set something off they have been very quick to call. Good assortment of sensors available and easy as hell setup. Only thing that requires power is the base station, everything else is battery which is also nice. I know there are a handful of similar systems out there nowadays but i wouldnt go back on that one. Have liked how easy it is to add sensors too. Added a water sensor around our water heater after our old one leaked, 20 bucks well spent.

alright lads, im ready to buy a Simplisafe system. Thing is, they don't ship to here. Anyone wanna help me out with this? ill cover all your costs of course. Thanks all
