I work out just enough to stay in shape and keep the energy flowing right. Today I did 10 pushups, 50 crunches, and I ran for 15 minutes or so (shutup you lazy drymounters, it's better than nothing).

What did you do?

I do 45 min to an hour on the elliptical every day. Down about 30 lbs in about two months. Heading to the gym later this afternoon.

This is one of my other hobbies/obsessions!

Today I spent about an hour killing my legs! 1 Mile Run, Squats, Jump Squats, Hack Squats, Box Jumps, Straight Leg Dead Lifts, and Leg Curls.

I jogged about 3.5 miles and walked 1.5 miles around Lake Miramar (in San Diego).

I rarely ever want to work out, but I always feel good once I do.

Tweaked my neck doing heavy tricep extensions on Friday. Probably gonna have to take a week off.

Nice. I live right next to a 24 Hour Fitness (that's only open for about 14 hours a day). I don't have a membership, but I often run around the parking lot :P

Thanks. Long overdue that I drop some pounds. I'm in the groove and have gotten to the point that I feel guilty if I miss a day at the gym. My goal is to start incorporating running so I can do some cross country training with my 9 year old. She's been running for 3 years and also does track. Her best mile time is 8:30 so I've got a ways to go.
