Forgot to tell you - here's a fun workout you can do at home. You can do it maybe 2-3 times per month and track your progress as you get in better shape...

DEATH BY AIR SQUATS :hanging:

Min 1: 1 air squat + 1 situp
Min 2: 2 air sqauts + 2 situps
Min 3: 3 air squars + 3 situps
continue the pattern...
Keep going until you can't keep the pace! Starts off easy and around minute 15 on gets really challenging

Going to Orthopedist today to get my shoulder checked, had an accident on my bike a little over a week ago.

Shoulder got better but still feels off and still having pain. Hopefully its no biggie, I've been limited to leg work lately and haven't ridden my bike much, as to keep the strain off my right shoulder. Wish me luck.

I fell off the wagon hard, started back up 7 week ago. I started doing push ups every day ( I skipped twice) making good progress. I started doing planks last night and thought that looks easy in comparison to pushups...I was wrong. Planks are no joke. Started off with over a min on the first rep could only hold 20 seconds a few reps in :shock: I need to start running more too ...

Planks are tough! I use to be able to do 3 min no problem. Now i struggle trying to push out 1 min lol Just make sure you don't strain your back. If you aren't keeping it straight and your back in bending, try doing 30 secs reg, and then switch to 15 secs on each side. Work your way up from there.

Exactly! Download the SmartWOD app and use the Tabata setting. Start with maybe 5 rounds of 30 sec work 30 sec rest. See what works for you and you can build from there!

did my first "race" in almost a year. only a 5k but under 25 min is fast for me and in the afternoon no less. still managed to stack a cord of wood, mow the lawn, and get through 6 post race beers.
