Forgot to tell you - here's a fun workout you can do at home. You can do it maybe 2-3 times per month and track your progress as you get in better shape...


Min 1: 1 air squat + 1 situp
Min 2: 2 air sqauts + 2 situps
Min 3: 3 air squars + 3 situps
continue the pattern...
Keep going until you can't keep the pace! Starts off easy and around minute 15 on gets really challenging
