I had to google 'crackling'. I've come across the word, but never knew what it was/meant. I'm gonna' guess that the dish you've posted is very good; however, I'm likely never to get the opportunity to try it. It's like pastrami, I've never eaten it and a lot of folks rave about it. I don't want to try it because even if it is good, it's not something that I would continue to eat. Isn't pastrami unhealthy...fatty? In other words, ignorance will keep me healthier.

Crackling is divine. Crunchy goodness. Pastrami is also very swell.

IWish - we don't celebrate the curtain ruining nonsense that is daylight savings either. Why are we saving daylight when we've got global warming going on? Don't we want less sunlight? Bah humbug.

They are the tits. Best in NZ that I've had. I'd send you one but the fat content is so high it'd be considered a weapon.
