Was thinking the same but ETH and LTC have dipped while BTC continued to spike so it will be interesting to watch.

Here is an interesting article and video from fortune.

The portion at the end about a blockchain trading/swapping service sounds interesting.

Wouldn't say ETH dipped. It's been holding steady for about a month now. And just because it isn't financially progressing doesn't mean much, imo. The hype behind BTC is definitely moving it up $$. Fork coming up though Nov 15 I think?

Don't hate yourself, just buy in now. You can't be a millionaire now like some people, but maybe in 10 years you will be and I guarantee you won't be disappointed to have 1 million.

By slip you mean trade at a consistently high volume and barley move + - ?

You keep saying that, sorry but it has fallen by more than $100 from its peak. Not sure of your valuations but a 35% decline is not barely moving and it hit that point a couple of times. You act like it has been at this price for years. It has only been above $200 for what 6 months so when considering it's life span there is a decline. Even over a month period it is down 7%.

If you're simply basing it on it's peak that's kind of silly no? Almost EVERYTHING is down from it's peak besides BTC! Everything's right just hold tight.

For instance bitcoin cash right now at 500's... down 50% from it's peak, but if you view it today you'd be like yeah let's do this cash!

You're right chev. ETH does continue to slip. It has been on a downward trend since it's ATH around June 18, when it was 0.15 BTC

If you're measuring it against USD, sure it has been relatively stable, but that .15 BTC would be worth over $1k today, so technically it has lost around 2/3 of its value from its ATH.

Alts should always be measured against BTC and the bloodbath is on while King BTC rises.

Alts are down across the board. ETH down 9% in BTC last 24hrs.

What's your position on long term gains for ETH?

Long term is my play here. It would be crazy to predict a number. Don't invest what you're not ok with losing. As stated above in the thread $$ wise ETH hasn't gone crazy lately but the technology around it is fantastic. The fact that ETH has been holding steady for quite some time now is a positive. Don't quote me but I'm pretty sure it's seen good gains after BTC forks this year. I've been buying a lot while it's holding here. How many people wish they could be in BTC right now you know.
