That's only on the Barrel Proof, right?
Was about to ask the same question. I'd be happily surprised if the standard EC brought back the age statement.
I've been informed it's only the Barrel Proof. I'm not an Elijah Craig aficionado and didn't realize the regular Small Batch was different ...the new bottle says Small Batch as well as Barrel Proof, so it's a little confusing. I need to try the lower proof to see if it's more palatable to me.

Cheers. The standard Elijah Craig is one of the best value bourbons out there, imo.

...I've had the McKenna. very good for the price, maybe a little raw on the finish (more burn than spice), IMO.
I would like to change my testimony. Still hunting a Weller 12 but came up empty handed again today. I saw the McKenna 10yr bottled in bond ($34) and it it pretty great. Gonna do a side by side with other 100 proof BIBs - Old Forester & Col EH Taylor to see how it holds up.

It is. I actually like the newer NAS compared to the older AS in side by sides that I have done.

10 bottles of Sazerac has more fun potential than one Boss Hogg?

I've never either, actually. But 10 bottles is always the right decision over one, ha.

I think the Green Spot is better and more interesting than the yellow. The lower price point is always welcome too! Heard they're reintroducing the blue/red spots and one/both are supposed to be available in the US this time around.

Stagg Jr is the best barrel proof (uncut/unfiltered) on the market IMO. Absolute steal @ $50/bottle.

If any PA folks spot another round of the Abe Bowman 16' Wheat, would greatly appreciate a bottle being sent out West!

Any Colorado folks have any tips on local shops for finding Pappy van Bourbon later this year?
